We offer individual and small training sessions. The program will benefit athletes of all ages, gender and skill level - recreational to elite. The training curriculum will develop an athlete’s dynamic spring speed, running mechanics, functional mobility, strength, recovery time, and confidence. Our brand new Noramco treadmill is capable of speeds up to 26 mph and inclines of 40 degrees. It has a patented safety harness system that allows athletes to safely train at high speeds while running laterally and backwards. Athletes of any skill level who complete a 7 week program will show dramatic improvement!

We priovide you with small group training to maximize your time on the treadmill and contact time with the trainer. We train in groups of 6 or less, Other high speed training programs will put in groups of up to 14 athletes!We focus on you and improving your performance, not how many athletes we can get into a single training session.24 training sessions, 3 times per week for 8 consecutive weeks21 training sessions, 3 times per week for 7 consecutive weeks18 training sessions, 3 times per week for 6 consecutive weeks
